Mariott is a successful hotel company. They survived a pandemic, where a lot of people stopped traveling and using hotels as often. They have efficient processes set up to provide a good experience for the customer, however, we see room for improvement around their MARSHA system. It is too old of a system to be relied on when there is so much more that can be done with technology that has been released since then. Data collection is essential, and having more accurate data long-term would be for the best.
